We are closed weekends and ALL major Holidays. If sending an email during the weekend or Holiday(s) please expect a response on the following business day

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

On all full price merchandise are accepted within 15 days of the date ordered. Items must be in 100% new condition and have not been worn or altered. The cost of shipping will no be refunded on returns. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items so

please choose carefully. Returns that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given. Determination of the condition of an item will be at the complete discretion of QPC. If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can select any other item of the same value. NO refunds or exchanges on closeout items. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return to be processed.

SHIPPING

All U.S. Domestic orders ship U.S. Postal Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders ship out in 3-5 business days. You can expect a shipment in 7-10 business days form order date. An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you within 3 business days. Our emails may be filtered by your SPAM filter. Please check your SPAM folder for our emails.
